At the 2001 Annual Meeting for The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Darrick E. Antell, assistant clinical professor of surgery at Columbia University School of Medicine, has become a Fellow of the Jacques W. Maliniac Circle of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Fellowship is granted based on the extraordinary contributions to the plastic surgery educational foundation and at the present time there are only 41 Maliniac Circle Fellows in the history of The Society.

Also present at the induction ceremony was keynote speaker, General Norman Schwarzkopf (in photo with Dr Antell).
